​LEADERSHIP
The Police Cadet Program offers an opportunity for Cadets to develop their own leadership skills by holding one of the following positions:
  • Captain
  • Lieutenant
  • Sergeant
Every year-end, Cadets have an opportunity to apply and interview for a leadership position for the following year.

Kaiden Kemnitz - Captain
I’m Kaiden Kemnitz. I have been with the West Bend Police Cadets for just over a year but it has been a fantastic experience. I look forward to being with the Cadets for years to come, watching and helping the Unit grow. I’m currently attending Kewaskum High School, and when I graduate I plan to go to Fox Valley Technical College for my Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice. If you are at all interested in a career in Law Enforcement, I highly recommend joining the Cadets because it is a fantastic experience.
